By using VelvtVIP's website or purchasing a pass or membership through VelvtVIP, you agree to these Terms of Service. VelvtVIP is operated by VelvtVIP LLC, 3801 Thornwood Circle, West Des Moines, IA.
VelvtVIP lets you purchase venue passes, join venue loyalty/membership programs, and optionally sign up for VIP subscriptions and text message updates from participating venues.
You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use VelvtVIP, and you agree to provide accurate information when creating an account or making a purchase. VelvtVIP is not directed to, and is not intended for use by, anyone under 18 years of age. Many participating venues serve alcohol and admit only patrons 21 and older regardless of what age a pass was purchased at -- purchasing a pass does not guarantee entry, and each venue sets and enforces its own minimum age for admission.
VelvtVIP does not perform identity or age verification at any point in the purchase or account creation process. Checking identification, confirming legal drinking age, and all other admission decisions are made entirely by venue staff at the door, under each venue's own house policy and applicable law. VelvtVIP is not responsible or liable for a venue's decision to admit, refuse, or eject any patron, including on the basis of ID or age, nor for any venue's compliance (or non-compliance) with alcohol service or admission laws.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Passes are generally non-refundable, except as required by law or as otherwise stated by the venue you purchased from.
By checking the SMS opt-in box at checkout, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from VelvtVIP and/or the participating venue at the phone number you provide. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Not all carriers are supported.
You agree not to misuse VelvtVIP, including by attempting to defraud a venue, transferring or reselling passes in violation of a venue's policies, or interfering with the operation of the platform.
VelvtVIP's website, branding, and software are the property of VelvtVIP LLC and may not be copied or used without permission.
VelvtVIP is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VelvtVIP LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
